The hangar and the flight line, on one record.

A grounding defect stops the mechanic's daily release and blocks every flight on that aircraft. Inspections due show on the board before they are missed. No phone calls, no sticky notes.

Inspections before they bite

The 100-hour never sneaks up on anyone.

Hours since the last inspection count up from every flight. As the inspection approaches, the release check warns; when it is due, release is refused; past the limit, the aircraft can't be scheduled at all.

  • Green: OK
  • Amber: due soon, release allowed with a warning
  • Red: due now, release refused

The dark line is the limit, where scheduling is blocked.

Findings with teeth

A serious finding grounds the aircraft. Closing it lets it fly.

When quality raises a major or critical finding, the aircraft is restricted on the board at once. When the finding is closed, the restriction lifts by itself. Nobody has to remember to do either.

Parts you can trace

Every part knows where it came from.

Serial and lot numbers from goods received, a warning 30 days before shelf life runs out, and a condition that can't be changed to quarantine or scrap without a reason. Try changing it.

For aircraft owners

Owners stop calling. They can see.

Leaseback owners get their own portal: where the aircraft is, what maintenance is due, estimates waiting for their approval, documents, invoices and the hours their aircraft flew.

Work orders with tasks

Tasks signed by the technician and, where needed, the inspector, with the full history kept per aircraft.

Parts you can trace

Serial and lot numbers, shelf-life warnings and part-number scanning, from goods received to parts issued.

QA findings with teeth

A serious finding restricts or grounds the aircraft. Closing it lifts the restriction automatically.

Release to service

AI drafts the work description. The release statement and certificate number are never AI-written, and the engineer signs.

Aircraft owners' app

Leaseback owners see status and returns per flight hour, and approve maintenance estimates.

Continuing airworthiness

A CAMO workspace for MEL, engineering orders and reliability is in development.
