You can request deletion of your personal data held by Kryvox and the aviation organizations it serves (including Continental Aero Flying School) at any time. This includes data received through connected messaging channels such as Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
How to request deletion
- Email: send a request to privacy@kryvox.com or info@continentalaero.com from the address (or with the phone number / social account) the data relates to.
- Messaging: reply "delete my data" in the same conversation (Messenger, Instagram, or WhatsApp) — our team will confirm and process it.
What happens next
- We verify the request belongs to you.
- We delete your personal data — including messages, contact details, and identifiers received from Meta platforms — from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., aviation-training or financial records).
- We confirm completion to you in writing.
