Waivers & Agreements

1. Liability Waiver & Release

WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK & INDEMNITY AGREEMENT

In consideration of being permitted to participate in flight training at this school, I acknowledge and agree:

ASSUMPTION OF RISK: Aviation activities involve inherent risks of injury, death, or property damage. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

RELEASE: I release the School, its officers, instructors, agents and affiliates from all claims arising from my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

INDEMNITY: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the School from any claims arising from my actions during training.

MEDICAL FITNESS: I represent that I am physically and mentally fit and will immediately notify the School of any change in my medical status.

I acknowledge aviation is inherently dangerous
I agree to follow all safety procedures and instructor directions
I understand the School may terminate my training for safety reasons
I accept financial responsibility for damage caused by my negligence

2. Code of Conduct

STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT

All students of this school are expected to maintain the highest standards of professionalism.

PROFESSIONALISM: Conduct yourself with respect at all times on school premises, in aircraft, and when representing the school.

SAFETY FIRST: Never compromise safety. Report any unsafe conditions immediately.

ZERO TOLERANCE: Substance abuse, harassment, or discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal.

EQUIPMENT: Treat all school equipment and aircraft with care. Report damage immediately.

ATTENDANCE: Attend all scheduled sessions on time. Absences must be reported in advance.

FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS: I understand that tuition and fees are due as outlined in the enrollment agreement and that failure to meet obligations may result in suspension of training.
